On June 24, 2024, Wuxi Haiyan (Petrel) proudly announced the successful installation and commissioning of its newly developed 5ZW120 high-pressure plunger pump at the BAOSTEEL Group's CSP production line. The pump is now operational, demonstrating excellent performance that fully meets the client's stringent requirements.

The 5ZW120 is a five-cylinder high-pressure plunger pump specifically designed for descaling in CSP steel plants. It offers an impressive pressure range of 168 to 482 bar (2395 to 6859 psi) and a flow rate of 432.04 to 2086.93 L/min (114.15 to 551.37 GPM). With a maximum effective power of 680 KW (893.5 HP), this innovative product sets a new standard in the industry.

The 5ZW120 is the first domestically manufactured pump in China capable of being applied to CSP production line steel descaling. This breakthrough technology can effectively replace currently used imported pumps such as those from Kamat and Hammelmann, offering significant cost savings for domestic steel plants.
